Donald Trump hosted Lebanese President Joseph Aoun while avoiding questions about the Iran war timeline. He coined the unusual phrase “kill them like they’re candy” and mentioned traveling to Dover for the dignified transfer of fallen service members.
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise argued that voters should need photo identification by citing Olive Garden’s policy for promotional unlimited pasta passes. Donald Trump has made similar claims about ID requirements to buy groceries.
