2. Millenarians could well think Trump is the second coming of Christ. For 4 years while he was president, he was the most powerful man on earth.
3. The more indictments Trump faces, the more Christ-like he is. Remember the image of Christ wearing a crown of thorns.
4. Millenarianism has a long history in Europe before being transported to North America.
5. If and when Christ is here on earth a second time, what need is there for messy democracy?
