They ask if you are constituent and I say no but I am an American Citizen and how you vote affects me so I have a right to share my opinions with you. What I am looking at is being a very healthy 84-year-old person who thought she was in good financial shape, but who now is facing running out of money before running out of years of life. It's not a pleasant thought.
