As a government employee that holds a security clearance, I cannot understand why the requirements attached to holding a clearance are not applying and thus preventing DJT from not only running, but holding office. Any one of the pending lawsuits or mishandling of classified data would cause my clearance to be immediately suspended. So while there is no law in place preventing an indicted or even incarcerated person from being president, it seems to me that one cannot hold that office without a clearance.
