Donald Trump recently appeared at the White House Easter Egg Roll despite false rumors that he had been hospitalized. His remarks quickly shifted from Easter celebrations to aggressive threats toward Iran. He vowed to destroy infrastructure, dismissed concerns about war crimes, and is now threatening to destroy the Iranian civilization.
During Trump’s press conference on Iran, he claimed to be protecting civilians while threatening destruction, being both incoherent and alarming. Allies like Pete Hegseth cheerlead his statements as Trump sets a looming deadline for Iran.
Rising gas and fertilizer prices illustrate the economic consequences of Trump’s conflict with Iran. Promises from figures like J. D. Vance about lowering costs and stabilizing markets are clashing with reality. Rare admissions from officials show farmers facing potential bankruptcy, while the administration downplays the war's impacts.
Trump’s threats in Iran are also creating unease among longtime supporters, including veterans. Despite campaign promises to avoid “Forever Wars,” he has already taken a number of unilateral military actions. Veterans express worries about unclear war goals, potential war crimes, and Trump’s dismissive attitude toward legal challenges.
There is a clear disconnect between claims of public praise for Trump and the reality of his actions. Right-wing media allies suggest widespread support for his handling of the conflict, but polling and veteran opinions show concern over escalation.
The Trump administration continues to target families like that of Liam Ramos, detaining children under harsh conditions despite legal entry into the U.S. ICE under Trump has subjected thousands of children to poor medical care, inadequate food, and severe psychological trauma.
Representative Jason Crow criticized prolonged U.S. conflicts and Trump’s disregard for the law. Messaging that connects Trump’s actions to real-world consequences could energize voters and strengthen Democratic leadership to ensure accountability.
Finally, Chris Christie has issued rare public criticism of Trump, highlighting the lack of principled pushback from most Republicans. He has called out figures like Lindsey Graham and Jared Kushner and exposed how Trump manipulates those around him by repeating falsehoods until they seem true.
On today’s bonus show:
Trump threatens to end the Iranian civilization, Megyn Kelly says she would still vote Republican if Trump dropped a nuke, and much more...

sigh I'm trying to hang on. I'm 87. I just want to get to 2028 when I'll be 90. I want to see for myself.
Chris Christie is a blue state Republican and they aren’t nearly as evil and crazy as the red state ones. Jared Kushner is the epitome of evil just like his criminal father by the way Chris Christie put in prison and Trump pardoned him. Charlie Kushner was a major piece of trash. His own sister helped law-enforcement investigate him and put him in prison.
People need to wake up to the fact that they really profoundly evil are born that way. People like the Kushner’s are beyond any redemption. There are a significant number of people who should be spayed and neutered. Every offspring of Donald Trump with a possible exception of Baron are evil.
The fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.
